Shipping Policy

We operate two independent warehouses to provide fast and reliable global shipping services: Yiwu Warehouse (Zhejiang, China) and Germany Local Warehouse. We will arrange shipment from the optimal warehouse according to the customer’s delivery address, local policy restrictions and inventory status, ensuring fast delivery and compliant transportation.

1. Shipping & Restriction Statement (Core Compliance)

All products sold on this site are adult outdoor sports equipment, only for recreational training and collection purposes. Strictly prohibited for illegal hunting, violence and dangerous use. Buyer age restriction: 18+.

Customers shall take full responsibility for confirming the local import laws, regulations and product access rules of the destination country before placing an order.

2. Dual Warehouse Shipment Rules

2.1 Germany Local Warehouse

Applicable regions: European Union countries and European surrounding regions .

Advantages: Local European stock, no cross-border customs clearance, fast delivery, low logistics risk, effectively avoiding international tariff delays.

2.2 Yiwu Warehouse (China)

Applicable regions: Global regions including North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania and other European countries.

All goods are strictly inspected and professionally packaged before shipment to ensure complete transportation.

3. Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends, European statutory holidays and Chinese official holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

European Local Orders (Shipped from Germany Warehouse): 3–7 business days.

Global Cross-border Orders (Shipped from Yiwu Warehouse): 7–20 business days. The actual delivery time is affected by logistics efficiency, local customs clearance and regional transportation conditions.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

For cross-border shipments from Yiwu Warehouse: Any local import duties, taxes and additional handling fees incurred by the order shall be borne by the buyer.

For European local shipments from Germany Warehouse: Local European intra-region delivery usually does not generate additional cross-border tariffs. If individual countries have special tax rules, the buyer shall bear the relevant expenses.

6. Shipment Safety & After-sales Protection

All products are packed with professional shockproof and drop-proof packaging materials. For lost or severely damaged packages during transportation, we will provide reshipment, partial compensation or refund solutions according to logistics tracking records and actual verification results.

7. Shipping Adjustment Right

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping warehouse according to inventory shortages, regional policy changes and logistics abnormal situations, to ensure the normal completion of order delivery.
